Wedding & Event Designs by Pamela works closely with our couples and alongside their vendors to deliver breathtaking and memorable weddings! We will begin with an initial consultation to discuss your wedding planning details needs. Below are the current packages we offer. Pricing for services are done on a personalized quotation basis. Our prices are based on the work involved and your personal planning needs. A more detailed list of services included in each package will be provided to you when we create your personalize proposal.
SERVICE PACKAGES
FULL PLANNING MANAGEMENT
Our “Full Planning Management” package is for couples who prefers us handle the details of your wedding in an organized and stress-free process from the venue search to getting you down the aisle and everything else in between. We assist you with creating a personalized budget for your wedding, designing and planning of your wedding vision, and keep you on track with a wedding timeline (what to do when) list. We will be there with you to give you the guidance, support and knowledge of planning your special wedding day. You will also be given access to our wedding software application (a gift from me) to keep track of all your wedding needs. This software is a great way for us to communicate, be on the same page and stay on top of details together.
WEDDING MANAGEMENT
Our “Wedding Management” package gives you time to enjoy the last moments of your engagement. We provide you with the assistance required later in the planning process leaving last-minute planning details to a professional wedding planner. By focusing on tasks such as finalizing the logistical details with the vendors for your rehearsal and wedding day, we will coordinate all the final touches of your wedding day, ensuring that you and your family can relax and enjoy your day.
CONSULTATION PACKAGE
Our “Consultation” package is a 2-hour consultation for couples who would like to take care of the planning but would feel more comfortable consulting with a professional planner. We will provide you with the forms you will need to plan your wedding. We are here to answer your questions such as what to ask your wedding vendors, how to create a budget, a ceremony order of the bridal party, coordinating vendor arrival/delivery times on the wedding day, creating a timeline of what happens when on the day of, and all other aspects of the wedding planning process.
